            มิวเซียมสยามชวนแซ่บเวอร์!!! จัดนิทรรศการ “กินของเน่า” ตีความวัฒนธรรมการกินสุดคลาสสิกของคนไทย ในมุมมองที่ทุกคนต้องตกตะลึง เมื่อ “อาหารเน่าเสีย” คือเอกลักษณ์สะท้อนวิถีชีวิตของมนุษยชาติแห่งดินแดนอุษาคเนย์ที่หยั่งรากลึก ยาวนาน และนำมาซึ่งความมั่งคั่งทางเศรษฐกิจในอนาคต

นิทรรศการ “กินของเน่า” นำเสนอภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของคนไทยโบราณ ในการทำอาหารให้ “เน่าเสีย” ด้วยกระบวนการ หมักดอง ความชาญฉลาดที่สอดคล้องกับหลักการถนอมอาหารในยุคปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นว่า คนโบราณคือ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และ ศิลปินเอก ที่นำจุลินทรีย์มาใช้ประโยชน์ได้แม้ไม่มีกล้องจุลทรรศน์ เกิดการสร้างสรรค์อาหารรสชาติแปลกใหม่ กลายเป็นสัญลักษณ์การกินที่เป็นตัวตนของคนไทย บ่งบอกถึงการอยู่ร่วมกันของผู้คนหลากหลายชาติพันธุ์ในผืนแผ่นดินไทยที่มีมา อย่างยาวนาน รวมถึงประวัติศาสตร์การค้าในสมัยโบราณที่มีเกลือเป็นเครื่องสร้างความ มั่งคั่ง และโอกาสทางการค้าในยุคปัจจุบันจากการต่อยอดผลิตภัณฑ์

ร่วมตีความวัฒนธรรมการกินของเน่า ภูมิปัญญาที่นำมาซึ่งความอร่อย การอยู่รอด เงินตรา วรรณะ วัฒนธรรม และความเชื่อ ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศ ตลาดสด และ ร้านอาหาร โดยมี เชฟชาคริต แย้มนาม เป็นผู้แนะนำเมนู พร้อมเลือกซื้อเมนูหมักดองระดับ OTOP ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 ก.ค. - 4 พ.ย. 55 เวลา 10.00 – 18.00 น.
